Adam Majewski- coach of PGE FKS Stal Mielec decided that the match in the starting line-up would start: Bartosz Mrozek, Krystian Getinger, Arkadiusz Kasperkiewicz, Mateusz Matras, Kamil Kruk, Fabian Hiszpański, Piotr Wlazło, Kōki Hinokio , Alex Vallejo, Adam Ratajczyk and Rauno Sappinen.
On the substitutes’ bench were Mateusz Kochalski, Fryderyk Gerbowski, Paweł Żyra, Mikołaj Lebedyński, Leândro Messias dos Santos, Maciej Domański, Mateusz Mak and Maciej Wolski.
Legia Warsaw coach Kosta Runjaić appointed the following players to the starting eleven: Dominik Gladun, Yuri Oliveria, Tomas Pekhart, Paweł Wszołek, Maik Nawrocki, Ernest Muci, Filip Mladenović, Maciej Rosołek, Artur Jędrzejczyk, Bartosz Kapustka and Bartosz Slisz.

In the 12th minute of the match, our goalkeeper had to intervene for the first time after Bartosz Slisz’s strike. Just a minute later, Piotr Wlazło struck towards Legia Warsaw’s goal, but the ball hit a Legia defender, which earned Stal only a corner kick. the 29th minute of the match saw a corner kick for the Stal Mielec team performed by Krystian Getinger. However, the ball was knocked out by Tomas Pekhart after the pass. The second half of the match within the 24th PKO BP Ekstraklasa queue started without any changes in the line-ups of both teams. As early as the first minute of the second half, the Stali team won a corner kick, but the ball after a pass from our captain was knocked out by Legia Warsaw defenders. In the 47th minute of the match, after a very good pass from Adam Ratajczyk, Rauno Sappinen struck at the Legia goal, but after his shot the ball hit the side netting of Dominik Gladun’s goal. Unfortunately, it was in the 49th minute of the match that Tomas Pekhart gave the lead to the Legia Warsaw team with a head strike after a pass from Ernest Muci. In the 53rd minute of the match, Adam Ratajczyk required medical assistance and had to leave the pitch. Mateusz Mak took his place on the pitch.
