R&G PLUS Sp. z o.o. was founded in 2003, originating from Zakłady Elektroniki i Mechaniki Precyzyjnej “R&G” S.A. The parent company, ZEiMP R&G S.A., began its relationship with public transport in 1991 with the production of an electronic cash register, which, together with an on-board computer, immediately became a real hit, enabling transport companies to significantly increase their revenues through the precise registration (marking) of tickets and the possibility of introducing differentiated fares. At the same time, the system made it possible to monitor the driver’s performance and the use of the vehicle, which also entailed an increase in the punctuality of the transport service and quickly translated into an increase in passenger confidence, thereby increasing the utilisation rate of the fleet.
Since then, our designers have focused on continually solving the challenges posed by the everyday life of public transport companies. The result of our hard work is our own comprehensive public transport management support systems. The systems on offer consist of software and equipment of our own production. We also offer products and solutions for the blind and deaf, allowing them to use public transport independently, as well as making it more accessible for tourists and infrequent travellers.
From the outset, R&G has placed the customer at the ‘centre of attention’, allowing us to properly meet the demands placed on us. After more than twenty years on the Polish market as well as abroad, we can say that we are one of the largest suppliers of IT solutions for public transport, as confirmed by our wide range of customers. However, as a company that learns and continuously improves its solutions, we know how much we have to do, especially in the face of a united Europe, where competitiveness is based above all on a guarantee of the highest quality.
