COMMUNICATION FROM THE COMPANY FKS STAL MIELEC S.A. AND THE FKS STAL MIELEC ASSOCIATION

The Management Board of FKS Stal Mielec S.A. together with the Supervisory Board and the Management Board of the Association FKS Stal Mielec inform about the commencement of intensive talks with an entity interested in investing in FKS Stal Mielec S.A. and taking over the role of owner and manager of the company.

On 11 June 2025, a working meeting took place in Mielec with representatives of the investor – the international group Akani GMBH.

The environment of FKS Stal Mielec was represented by the President of the Management Board of the company, the President of the Management Board of the Association and delegations of members of the Association, the Supporters’ Association and local entrepreneurs – sponsors of FKS Stal Mielec S.A.

During the meeting the financial and time assumptions of the potential investment were discussed.

Arrangements made during the meeting will be formalised in writing and all parties declared the continuation of talks.
