Powszechny Zakład Ubezpieczeń S.A. had been among the strategic sponsors of our club since August 2021. The sponsor’s logo was in a central position on the jersey of the PGE FKS Stal Mielec team playing in the highest competition class in Poland – PKO BP Ekstraklasa.

The logos of the PZU brand – the club’s key sponsor – were also visible on the stadium branding, match attire and communication on the official website and social media.

PZU not only supported the first team, but was also actively involved in helping our PGE FKS Stal Mielec Academy.

During the course of our cooperation, many joint initiatives were carried out aimed at the sporting development of the children and young people of our Academy. One of them was the joining of the Academy to the PZU Good Team programme. The PZU Good Team programme officially launched on 15 June 2021. It is universal in nature, open to all, especially young athletes and to all sports. As part of the project, our PGE FKS Stal Mielec Academy has organised many football tournaments for children and young people, and has repeatedly participated in such events in other cities across the country.
