Stara Cegielnia in Mielec is a modern housing estate being developed in an attractive location at the junction of Wojsławska and Racławicka streets, consisting of six multi-family buildings with underground garages, a service area and the necessary infrastructure.
Waldemar Kawalec, representing Stara Cegielnia, was one of the protagonists of the historic action to save the premier league football club FKS Stal Mielec, which took place in the autumn of 2021.

We see the way in which President Jacek Klimek manages the club, which is why we have once again decided to further increase our sponsorship of the club, which is the pride of our city,” said Waldemar Kawalec.

On the other hand, Stara Cegielnia Apartments is a high-class residential investment, a new quality in the Mielec landscape, which is confirmed by the prestigious award ‘Construction of the Year of Podkarpacie’, which we received a few weeks ago,” comments Waldemar Misiak, president of Agrobaza of Mielec, the general contractor of Stara Cegielnia.
