FKS Stal Mielec reports that players Mateusz Stępień and Rafael Vicente Ferreira Santos have been given permission for a definitive transfer to another club.
Mateusz Stępień, born 12.02.2002, a right-legged player plays in the position of right midfielder.
In the ongoing 2024/2025 season, he appeared in two of the four games played so far (against Widzew Łódź and GKS Katowice). In the previous 2023/2024 season, he played 22 matches in the PKO BP Ekstraklasa and 3 in the Fortuna Cup of Poland. Before joining the team from Mielec, he represented the colours of Arka Gdynia in which he played in 70 matches. His football CV also includes appearances in Poland’s youth national teams.
Rafa Santos, born 14.02.1997, the Portuguese player plays in the position of central midfielder.
The right-footed footballer joined the team of Stal Mielec in July 2023. In the white and blue colours, he played 13 matches in the PKO BP Ekstraklasa and 2 matches in the Fortuna Cup of Poland. During his career he represented, among others, the Portuguese club Real SC.
