Please be informed that on 13.08.2024 the composition of the Supervisory Board of FKS Stal Mielec S.A. has changed. Mr. Arkadiusz Złotnicki and Mr. Michał Zając are no longer members of the Supervisory Board, and Mr. Tomasz Michalik and Mr. Jakub Zawadzki are appointed in their place. We would like to thank Mr Arkadiusz and Mr Michalik for their years of work on behalf of Stal Mielec, and we welcome the new members of the Supervisory Board to the blue-and-white family and wish them every success. The Chairman of the Supervisory Board remains Mr Krzysztof Kapinos.

Tomasz Michalik is a legal adviser and managing partner of a law firm specialising in capital market transactions, with particular emphasis on M&A, venture capital and private equity transactions, as well as advising entities in the
in the energy sector, particularly in the sector of large infrastructure projects.
In his extensive professional career, he was, among others, a member of the Supervisory Boards of PEC Jastrzębie
and SKOTAN Skoczów, Unitor B Sp. z o.o, or Centrum Zdrowia in Mikołów Sp. z o.o.. Currently, he is Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Carbon Studio S.A.

Jakub Zawadzki is an attorney with many years of experience in advising business entities. He specialises in commercial law and new technologies as well as complex capital investment management, in particular M&A, venture capital and private equity transactions.
