INVITATION TO PURCHASE SHARES IN FKS STAL MIELEC S.A.

FKS Stal Mielec S.A. (hereinafter referred to as “FKS Stal Mielec”, or the Company”) announces that, in consultation with the Supervisory Board, it invites domestic and foreign investors to register their potential interest in making a capital investment in the Company, with a view to commencing long-term cooperation with it. The Management Board remains at full disposal to present the vision and details of the future cooperation, as well as the assumptions of a possible financial investment.

FKS Stal Mielec is a club with over 85 years of tradition, a two-time champion of Poland, with a strong fan base in the Podkarpacie region and a recognisable brand throughout Poland. The potential investment is an opportunity to commit capital to a recognised and recognisable sports brand that combines history with the potential for further development.

We emphasise that the Company does not have any liabilities towards state institutions, cooperating companies or towards employees and players. FKS Stal Mielec S.A. has shown a positive operating result in previous years, and forecasts point to another operating profit in the current year. The stable financial situation provides a very strong basis for further growth and building long-term value together with a new investor.

We are looking for a partner capable of a long-term commitment that will support the team’s sporting goals, investment in the youth academy and the development of the operational infrastructure.
