In the 8th minute of the meeting, Miłosz Szczepański fed the ball into the penalty area of Stala, but none of the Piast players managed to shoot at Mateusz Kochalski’s goal. 7 minutes later, the ball was centred by Piotr Wlazło and a minimally missed head shot was taken by Krzysztof Wolkowicz. In the 19th minute of the match, a yellow card for a foul was given by the match referee to PGE FKS Stala Mielec captain Krystian Getinger. In the 31st minute, coach Kamil Kieres’ team came out with a counter-attack, but Tomas Huk fouled Shkurin for which he was punished, with a yellow card. 6 minutes later, an accurate shot at Szymański’s goal was taken by Maciej Domański, but Piast’s goalkeeper managed to direct the ball for a corner kick. The first half ended in a goalless draw.

Before the start of the second half, Piast’s coach decided to make a double substitution. Urbański and Szczepański left the pitch and were replaced by Felix and Dziczek. In the 51st minute of the match, Tomas Huk scored a goal for the home team and the score was 1:0 on the board. 6 minutes later, there was a double change in the team of Stal. Stępień and Meriluoto appeared on the pitch in place of Gerstenstein and Wolkowicz. Just a minute later, Leandro had to leave the pitch due to injury, and his place was taken by Pajnowski. In the 59th minute of the match, Mathhew Guillaumier was punished with a yellow card, and two minutes later the second goal was scored by the team from Gliwice. Jorge Felix entered the scoring list. the 71st minute of the match saw another card for a PGE FKS Stali Mielec player, this time Kamil Pajnowski was punished. A minute later Michal Trąbka was replaced by Koki Hinokio, and a few moments later a goal from a free kick was scored by Kądzior. In 77 a yellow card for a tactical foul was given to Mateusz Stępień. In the same minute, there was a change in the Piast Gliwice team, with Chrapek leaving the turf and Kostadinov taking his place. In the 80th minute of the match, coach Kamil Kieres made one more change in our team and Wolsztynski came on the pitch, while Shkurin ended his appearance in this match. In the 86th minute a missed shot on the goal of the team from Gliwice was taken by Koki Hinokio. No more goals were scored for either team until the end of the match and the match ended with a score of 3-0.
