Unfortunately, the meeting played in Szczecin did not start well for the team from Mielec. Already in the third minute of the meeting, Marcin Flis touched the ball with his hand in the penalty area, and after the VAR analysis, the arbiter of the meeting decided to dictate a penalty kick for Pogoń Szczecin team. “Kamil Grosicki took the penalty, and from the 5th minute of the game, the scoreboard read 1-0. Despite losing the goal quickly, Kamil Kieres’ players did not stop attacking the Portowców goal, and in the 34th minute of the game, in Pogoń’s penalty area, Stipic fouled Piotr Wlazło. The penalty kick was taken by Maciej Domański, unfortunately the ball after his strike hit the post. Unfortunately, in the 75th minute, the fourth goal was scored by the Pogoń Szczecin team, and the meeting eventually ended with the result 4:2.
