Radio Leliwa is the oldest commercial radio station in south-eastern Poland. It started broadcasting its programme in 1992.
The radio station broadcasts on analogue frequencies 104.7 MHz in Tarnobrzeg, 93.5 MHz in Stalowa Wola, 102.4 MHz in Mielec and 89.2 MHz in Dębica. Residents of Rzeszów can listen to the radio station as part of a digital radio multiplex. The radio station also has editorial offices
in Stalowa Wola and Mielec.
Radio Leliwa covers the area of the north-central part of the Sandomierska Basin and the area north of Tarnobrzeg. This includes such cities as Tarnobrzeg, Stalowa Wola, Sandomierz, Mielec, Klimontów, Koprzywnica, Nisko, Nowa Dęba, Kolbuszowa, Kraśnik, Opatów, Puławy nad Wisłą or Janów Lubelski, Zawichost.
Leliwa broadcasts a music and information programme, presenting national and local news. It maintains constant contact with listeners, and reporters provide up-to-date coverage of what is happening in the region.
Radio Leliwa broadcasts a “daytime” programme from Monday to Friday from 6:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m., Saturday 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m., Sunday 12:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. It promotes mainly pop and soft rock, but older hits from the 1980s can also increasingly be heard on the air. 70. i 80.
